Gruyère and Celery Omelet
A fluffy omelet topped with shredded Gruyère and sautéed celery, perfect for a quick meal. A classic and comforting French dish.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 sprig Celery stalks
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the celery into small pieces and sauté in a pan with a little butter for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter in the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 4
When the omelet begins to set, add the cooked celery and shredded Gruyère.
Step 5
Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
