- 3 piece Eggs
- 50 g Gruyère
- 1 piece Tomato
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat lightly with a fork.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, let cook for 1 minute then stir gently.
