Spanish Omelette with Chorizo, Peppers, and Onions

Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 100 g Chorizo
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chorizo into rounds, dice the bell pepper, and cut the onion into thin strips.
Step 2
Sauté the chorizo in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add the pepper and onion. Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the vegetables in the pan.
Step 4
Cook over low heat for 4 minutes until the omelette is set. Fold and serve.
