Poached Eggs Florentine with Ground Beef and Spinach
Poached eggs nestled on a bed of sautéed spinach and golden ground beef. An elegant Italian-inspired dish that's nourishing and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 piece eggs
- 200 g ground beef
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the garlic. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the garlic and spinach to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes until the spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a simmer and add the vinegar. Poach the eggs 3 minutes, one at a time.
Step 4
Divide the beef and spinach between 2 plates, top each with 2 poached eggs, and serve.
