Indian-Style Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes and Turmeric
Creamy scrambled eggs spiced with turmeric, fresh tomatoes and onions, inspired by Indian egg bhurji. Spicy, quick and hearty.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 piece Green chili
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the onion, dice the tomatoes and slice the green chili into rings.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and chili in the ghee for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and turmeric.
Step 3
Crack the eggs directly into the skillet and stir gently to create creamy scrambled eggs.
Step 4
Remove from heat as soon as the eggs are just set. Season with salt and serve hot.
