Scrambled Eggs with Teriyaki Chicken and Edamame
Creamy scrambled eggs paired with homemade teriyaki-glazed chicken and crispy edamame. A protein-packed dish with Japanese flavors, ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 150 g Chicken breast
- 80 g Shelled edamame
- 2 piece Green onion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken thinly. Mix soy sauce and honey for the teriyaki sauce.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken for 4 minutes, pour in the teriyaki sauce and glaze for 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove the chicken. In the same skillet over low heat, pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently to create creamy scrambled eggs.
Step 4
Plate the scrambled eggs with the teriyaki chicken and edamame. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
