Swiss-Style Scrambled Eggs with Dried Beef and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 6 piece eggs
- 80 g Grisons dried beef
- 1 piece zucchini
- 2 piece spring onion
- 15 g butter
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into small dice and mince the spring onions. Tear the dried beef into pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the zucchini and spring onions for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and stir gently over low heat to create creamy scrambled eggs.
Step 4
Add the dried beef at the end of cooking, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
