Thai Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles
- 150 g Frozen shrimp
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 100 g Leeks
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the peanut oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the frozen shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sliced leeks and bean sprouts, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the noodles, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger.
Step 6
Toss everything together over high heat for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and serve.
