Stir-Fried Noodles with Olives and Celery
A simple Asian-inspired dish with noodles, olives, and fresh vegetables stir-fried in a wok. Quick and light.

Ingredients
- 300 g Noodles
- 100 g Olives
- 100 g Green olives
- 150 g Celery
- 150 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the celery into sticks and the carrots into thin slices. Pit and halve the olives.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat and add the vegetables. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the cooked noodles and olives, mix well for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
