Stir-Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 medium carrots
- 1 piece bell pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain.

Thinly slice the carrots and bell pepper.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the vegetables and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the noodles and soy sauce, toss for 2 minutes.
