Stir-Fried Noodles with Carrots and Celery

Ingredients
- 300 g Noodles
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks. Cut the celery into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 4
Add the carrots and celery, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
