Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables
A flavorful Asian wok dish with noodles, sliced chicken, and fresh vegetables. Ready in under 30 minutes, it's a perfectly balanced everyday meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles
- 250 g Chicken
- 1 piece Bell pepper
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 L Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken into strips, cut the bell pepper into dice, and cut the carrot into sticks.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrot and bell pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the noodles and soy sauce, mix well and heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
