Stir-Fried Noodles with Ham and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g Chinese noodles
- 100 g Ham
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks and the broccoli into florets. Dice the ham.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the carrots and broccoli for 3 minutes, then add the ham.
Step 5
Add the noodles, soy sauce, and water. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
