Stir-Fried Asian Noodles
Crispy noodles stir-fried in a wok with a simple homemade sauce. An authentic and delicious Asian dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 piece (5cm) Fresh ginger
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and water to make the sauce.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss well for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Serve immediately while hot.
