Asian Stir-Fried Noodles with Peanut and Bean Sprouts
Crispy noodles stir-fried in a wok with a rich and savory peanut sauce. An authentic and satisfying Asian dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Noodles
- 50 g Peanut butter
- 150 g Fresh bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 g Fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
In a hot wok, stir-fry the minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 3
Mix the peanut butter with water and soy sauce, pour into the wok and heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the noodles and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 2 minutes while mixing well.
