Stir-Fried Noodles with Tomato and Mozzarella
A quick and savory Italian-Asian fusion. Stir-fried noodles with fresh tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Ingredients
- 200 g Egg noodles
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Fresh mozzarella
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 leaf Fresh basil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok, add garlic and tomatoes. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked noodles and mix well. Stir in the mozzarella and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper.
