Stir-Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce and Vegetables
Crispy noodles wok-tossed with soy sauce, honey, and fresh vegetables. A savory Asian classic ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Noodles
- 3 cl Oil
- 4 cl Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 4 minutes, then drain well.
Step 2
Thinly slice the onion and coarsely grate the carrot.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Step 4
Add the onion and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles and break them apart.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mix vigorously for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
