Nori Wraps with Scrambled Eggs and Avocado
Crispy nori sheets filled with creamy scrambled eggs, avocado and crunchy radishes. A super-quick Japanese wrap packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Eggs
- 4 pieces Nori sheets
- 1 piece Avocado
- 6 pieces Radishes
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 g Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the avocado into thin slices. Cut the radishes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Beat the eggs. Cook them in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly to get creamy scrambled eggs. Season with soy sauce.
Step 3
Lay the nori sheets flat, distribute the scrambled eggs, avocado slices and radish rounds. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4
Roll each nori sheet tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
