Egg and Crab Meat Muffins
Savory muffins with eggs and crab meat, sprinkled with chives and baked until golden. Perfect for a protein-packed meal on the go with an American twist.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 150 g Crab meat
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 30 g Grated Gruyère
- 1 bunch Fresh chives
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin pan.
Step 2
Wilt the spinach in a skillet for 2 minutes, drain and chop. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Beat the eggs, add the flaked crab meat, spinach, tomatoes and chopped chives. Divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 18 minutes until the muffins are golden. Remove from pan and serve.
