Chocolate Orange Mousse

Ingredients
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 2 piece Oranges
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 20 g Butter
- 50 ml Water
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the oranges and collect 100ml of fresh juice.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat the coconut milk and butter until steaming.
Step 4
Pour the hot liquid over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.
Step 5
Whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Add the fresh orange juice and a pinch of salt.
Step 7
Divide into portions and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
