Chocolate-Pear Moelleux with Almonds

Ingredients
- 100 g Chocolate
- 60 g Butter
- 4 piece Egg
- 90 g Sugar
- 40 g Flour
- 2 piece Pear
- 50 g Almond flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Butter and flour a baking pan.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter together (using a double boiler or microwave). Let cool slightly.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with sugar until pale. Add the chocolate-butter mixture, vanilla, flour, and almond flour.
Step 4
Peel and dice the pears. Gently fold them into the batter.
Step 5
Pour into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes: the center should remain slightly molten.
