Minestrone with Carrots and Pasta
A generous Italian soup with pasta, carrots, and cabbage. Comforting and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 200 g Cabbage
- 100 g Small pasta
- 1 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small dice and the cabbage into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the pasta and cook until tender according to package directions.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
