Argentine Milanesa
A thin breaded cutlet, pan-fried until golden, served with white rice, fresh green salad, and lemon wedges.

Ingredients
- 2 piece veal steaks
- 100 g flour
- 2 piece eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 piece lemon
- 200 g white rice
- 1 piece lettuce
- 1 piece tomato
Instructions
Step 1
Begin cooking the white rice.
Step 2
Pound the steaks with a meat mallet until 0.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Cook the cutlets 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 7
Prepare a salad with fresh lettuce and tomato.
Step 8
Serve with rice, salad, and lemon wedges.
