Lebanese Mezze: Protein-Packed Hummus, Cauliflower Tabbouleh and Kefta
A complete mezze platter with creamy chickpea hummus, fresh herb cauliflower tabbouleh and aromatic spiced lamb kefta.

Ingredients
- 250 g Ground lamb
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Canned chickpeas
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp Tahini
Instructions
Step 1
Blend the chickpeas with tahini, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper until smooth.
Step 2
Grate the cauliflower into couscous-like pieces. Mix with chopped parsley, diced tomatoes, olive oil, salt and lemon.
Step 3
Form mini kefta with the ground lamb, cumin, salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Arrange the mezze platter: hummus, cauliflower tabbouleh and kefta. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
