Korean-Style Glazed Pork Lettuce Cups
Caramelized ground pork in bulgogi style, served in crispy lettuce leaves with quick-pickled cucumbers — fresh, spicy and addictive.

Ingredients
- 350 g Ground pork
- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and marinate them in a mixture of rice vinegar and sugar. Separate the lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Sauté the ground pork over high heat in a wok with grated ginger for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the gochujang and soy sauce, stir for 2 minutes until caramelized.
Step 4
Fill the lettuce leaves with the glazed pork, cucumber pickles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
