Green Lentils with Pasta, Italian Style
Green lentils that hold their shape, tossed with pasta for a satisfying and flavorful Italian-inspired dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Green lentils
- 250 g Pasta
- 1.5 l Water
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the green lentils and place them in a pot with 750 ml of water.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
In the meantime, cook the pasta in another pot with 750 ml of salted water.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix it with the cooked lentils.
Step 5
Finish with butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
