Ham and Carrot Lasagna
A delicious Italian-style lasagna with ham, carrots, and cheese. A comforting dish that's perfect made ahead of time.

Ingredients
- 250 g Ham
- 200 g Carrot
- 200 g Gruyère
- 250 g Lasagna pasta
- 500 ml Béchamel sauce
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and grate the carrots. Dice the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots in a pan with a bit of butter for 5 minutes, then mix in the ham.
Step 3
Cook the lasagna pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer béchamel sauce, pasta, the ham-carrot mixture, and Gruyère. Repeat layers.
Step 5
Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and grated Gruyère on top.
Step 6
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
