Kung Pao Pork with Peanuts
Stir-fried pork with peanuts, bell peppers and a spicy dried chili sauce, served over steamed white rice.

Ingredients
- 250 g White rice
- 300 g Ground or diced pork
- 100 g Unsalted peanuts
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 3 piece Dried red chili
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the white rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and dice the bell peppers.
Step 3
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the pork until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the garlic and dried chilies, cook for 1 minute to release the aromatics.
Step 6
Add the bell peppers and peanuts, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, toss well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the kung pao pork over hot white rice.
