Turkish Lamb Kofta
Spiced lamb meatballs with fresh herbs and traditional spices, served with a yogurt-mint sauce.

Ingredients
- 500 g Ground lamb
- 2 piece Onions
- 4 clove Garlic
- 40 g Fresh parsley
- 30 g Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 200 ml Plain yogurt
- 250 g Pilaf rice
- 1 piece Eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Mix ground lamb, chopped onions, garlic, parsley, and mint together.
Step 2
Add paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and egg, and mix well.
Step 3
Shape into meatballs about 4 cm in diameter.
Step 4
Pan-fry the koftas for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 5
Make sauce by combining yogurt and fresh mint.
Step 6
Serve the hot koftas with pilaf rice and yogurt sauce.
