Ingredients
- 400 g wheat flour
- 250 ml warm water
- 7 g baker's yeast
- 300 g Suluguni cheese
- 3 piece eggs
- 40 g butter
- 6 g salt
- 5 g sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar, then add warm water.
Step 2
Knead the dough for 8 minutes until smooth.
Step 3
Let rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Step 4
Divide the dough, roll out, and fill with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, then add an egg to the center.
Step 6
Brush with melted butter when removing from the oven.
