Crispy Herb-Roasted Ham with Cheese
A roasted ham coated with lactose-free grated cheese and fresh herbs. A rich and tender oven-baked dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Ham
- 100 g Lactose-free grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried herbs (thyme, oregano)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Place the ham on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the ham.
Step 4
Add the herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
Step 6
Serve hot straight from the oven.
