Hawaiian Haupia
Traditional Hawaiian dessert made with coconut and coconut milk, smooth and creamy. Naturally set and cut into squares.

Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Coconut cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 60 g Cornstarch
- 100 ml Water
- 5 ml Vanilla extract
- 2 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water.
Step 2
Bring the coconut milk, coconut cream, and sugar to a boil.
Step 3
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring.
Step 4
Cook while stirring constantly for 10-12 minutes until thickened.
Step 5
Add vanilla extract and salt.
Step 6
Pour into a buttered 20x20cm mold.
Step 7
Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 8
Cut into squares and serve.
