Grilled Tandoori Halloumi and Cucumber Raita
Halloumi marinated in a tandoori spice and yogurt mixture, grilled and served with refreshing cucumber and mint raita.

Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tsp Tandoori spices
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 6 leaf Fresh mint
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the halloumi. Mix half of the yogurt with the tandoori spices and coat the halloumi.
Step 2
Prepare the raita: grate the cucumber, squeeze out excess moisture, and mix with the remaining yogurt and chopped mint.
Step 3
Grill the halloumi and cherry tomatoes on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve the tandoori halloumi with grilled tomatoes and raita on the side.
