Grilled Halloumi with Mediterranean Zucchini
Golden slices of halloumi paired with grilled zucchini and peppers, finished with fresh oregano. A simple and flavorful summer dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g halloumi
- 2 pieces zucchini
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm slices, zucchini into rounds, and bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Brush all ingredients with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Step 3
Grill the halloumi and vegetables on a hot grill, 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Arrange on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
