Mexican-Style Grilled Halloumi with Peppers and Jalapeños
Grilled halloumi slices served with colorful peppers and jalapeños, seasoned with cumin and fresh cilantro. Spicy and irresistible.

Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi
- 2 piece Mixed bell peppers
- 2 piece Fresh jalapeños
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Lime
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into thick slices. Slice the peppers into strips and the jalapeños into rounds.
Step 2
Sprinkle the halloumi with cumin and brush the vegetables with olive oil.
Step 3
Grill the halloumi and peppers on a very hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add the jalapeños toward the end of cooking.
Step 4
Plate the grilled items, garnish with chopped cilantro, and squeeze lime juice over top. Serve immediately.
