Swedish Gravlax
Raw salmon cured with fresh dill and a sweet-salt mixture, served in thin slices with rye bread and sour cream.

Ingredients
- 600 g Salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Fine salt
- 50 g Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 piece Lemon
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 200 g Rye bread
- 100 g Cooked beets
- 2 tbsp Capers
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh dill together.
Step 2
Coat all sides of the salmon with the mixture.
Step 3
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Step 4
Slice thinly using a sharp knife.
Step 5
Serve with rye bread, sour cream, lemon, and beets.
