Tuna and Gruyère Pasta Gratin
A hearty gratin with pasta, tuna, and grated cheese. A timeless French classic that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 150 g Gruyère
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 300 ml Milk
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne until al dente (11 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Dice the carrot and cook it for 3 minutes in a pan with butter.
Step 4
Drain the penne and mix it with the tuna, carrot, and half of the Gruyère in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour the milk over the mixture, season, and sprinkle with the remaining Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
