Italian-Style Gratin: Sandwich Bread, Cheese and Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 8 slice Sandwich bread
- 200 g Cheese
- 400 g Potato
- 3 medium Tomato
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into thin rounds and the tomatoes into slices.
Step 3
Arrange the bread slices in a buttered baking dish. Layer with potatoes, tomatoes and grated cheese.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the dish.
