Indian-Inspired Vegetarian Pasta Bake
A quick curry-flavored pasta dish with melted Gruyère cheese, inspired by Indian spices. Flavorful, spiced, and ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Short pasta
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 slice White bread
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter in a pan.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and stir well for 1 minute.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to create a smooth sauce.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta, 80g of Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with remaining Gruyère and bread crumbs.
Step 7
Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown.
