Ham and Cheese Pasta Bake
A hearty pasta gratin with generous ham and melted cheese, simple yet comforting. Ready in 25 minutes for a family dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 120 g Grated Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 1.5 L Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water until half-cooked (5 minutes), then drain.
Step 2
Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, sprinkle the flour and mix for 1 minute, then gradually add the milk while stirring.
Step 3
Let it thicken for 2 minutes. Add 80g of Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the ham into dice. Mix the pasta, sauce, and ham in a baking dish.
Step 5
Top with the remaining 40g of Gruyère. Bake at 200°C for 6-7 minutes until golden.
