Baked Pasta and Lentil Casserole
An original pasta and lentil combination baked with Gruyère cheese. Hearty and satisfying, it's a complete everyday meal.

Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta
- 100 g Lentils
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil. Add the lentils and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 3
Drain the mixture and transfer it to an oven-safe dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and small pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is golden. Season with salt and pepper.
