Sweet Bread Pudding with Dried Fruits
An indulgent bread pudding with soft bread, eggs, milk and honey. Ideal as a dessert or brunch, baked until perfectly golden.

Ingredients
- 6 slice Bread slices
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 20 g Butter
- 50 g Raisins
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla powder
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.
Step 2
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the dish with the raisins.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, honey and vanilla.
Step 4
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread and dried fruits. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.
Step 6
Let cool slightly before serving.
