Broccoli and Gruyère Gratin
A classic and comforting gratin with cheese baked until golden. Perfect as a main course served with crusty bread.

Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 50 g Sandwich bread
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange broccoli in it.
Step 4
Crumble the bread and mix with grated Gruyère. Sprinkle over broccoli.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden.
Step 6
Serve hot.
