Baked Apple and Pear Gratin with Caramelized Sugar

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 piece Pear
- 60 g Gruyère
- 40 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice apples and pears thinly.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange the fruits in alternating layers. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère finely and distribute over the top.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and the fruit is tender.
