Apple-Pear Chocolate Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 piece Pear
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice apples and pears. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt chocolate with milk and butter over low heat in a saucepan, stirring regularly.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté fruit with sugar for 5-7 minutes until lightly caramelized.
Step 4
Pour chocolate sauce over the fruit and serve hot in bowls.
