Fish, Broccoli, and Carrot Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Fish fillet
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 150 ml Water
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
Step 2
Butter a gratin dish and arrange the vegetables in layers.
Step 3
Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the water around the fish (without submerging it) and top with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
