Baked Spaghetti with Ham
Spaghetti mixed with ham and butter, then baked until golden. A comforting and savory family-style dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Ham
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes (al dente). Drain.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add the flour, and stir for 1 minute.
Step 5
Gradually pour in 300ml of warm water, stirring to create a smooth sauce.
Step 6
Mix the spaghetti, ham, and sauce in a baking dish. Top with the remaining butter.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
