Chicken and Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 800 g Potato
- 150 g Cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken into pieces and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish. Layer the potatoes and chicken alternately, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour water over everything, then top with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
