Chicken and Potato Gratin
A comforting gratin with tender chicken, creamy potatoes, and a golden layer of melted cheese. A classic French favorite.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 800 g Potato
- 150 g Cheese
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes. Arrange the potatoes in a buttered baking dish, then layer the chicken on top.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Add a few small pieces of butter.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
