Chicken, Apple, and Cheese Gratin

- 500 g Chicken
- 3 piece Apple
- 150 g Cheese
- 400 g Potato
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 30 g Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes, the potatoes into thin slices, and the peeled apples into quarters.
Step 3
Sear the chicken cubes in a pan for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare a sauce by whisking together cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Butter a baking dish and layer the potatoes, chicken, and apples.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the gratin, add the thyme, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
